This exercise improves shoulder mobility. It’s a trigger point exercise which means it targets a certain area to relieve tightness. In this case the exercise targets the area below the shoulder blade. When performing this exercise the player should find two to three points on each shoulder. Action

Prisoner is another great exercise for shoulder mobility. Similar to the ITW exercise it is easy to perform and can easily be applied to a warm up. Action

Barrel of monkeys is an excellent shoulder mobility exercise to build into your warm up. It’s important to keep your arms off your back and off the ground while performing this exercise. Action

For this exercise you will need a resistance band. This exercise also helps the mobility of the T-spine. Action
